How To Lose weight Fast in a healthy way & my weight loss journey from 65kg to 45kg.

Best way to lose weight is dieting. I am not an expert but this is my own experience and I could lose 20kg easily with these diet plans.

My highest weight was 65kg. Some may think 65kg is not overweight, but a person whose hight is only 5 ft like me, trust me it was a nightmare. According to BMI, my weight should be under 50kg.

Even my so-called friends and relatives were laughing at me. Insulted me called me fatty, piggy etc.etc. etc…

But now I am on my lowest weight 45kg. My goal weight was 50kg. I could reduce my weight from 20kg because I didn’t give up.

Now everyone when they see me, even who insulted me, asking only one thing; “How did you lose your weight?” What should I do? Should I tell them how or shouldn’t?

Definitely, I will tell them everything even my secret recipes.

But Why? Remember, Karma is a bitch! So why should I bother? I will give everything I have, without keeping any secret. That is them and this is me!

Maybe this is your story, Just make a little change to your eating habits. Your little step will be the turning point of your life.

Okay no more stories, This is how I lose my weight from 65kg to 45kg

Everything has a process and the right time. all you have to do is find the right time to start your diet plan. if you are new to dieting I strongly recommend you to start from the beginning.

Step 01

  • your first step will be half portion diet plan. All you have to do is fill only half of your plate from your usual foods, and avoid sugar. Yeah, that is it.
  • It will be much help if you could avoid high carb foods.
  • And you must drink water as much as you can. at least two to three litres per day.
  • Stick with this diet plan at least for two weeks.
  • Remember to check your weight at the end of every week.
  • If you lost 2kg or more at the end of the week you can continue half portion diet plan as a long term diet plan.
  • Do workouts for 20 minutes per day at least twice a week for best results.
  • you can drink coffee, tea, green tea, and water.
  • Drink coffee, tea and green tea without sugar.

Step 02

  • This is my second step
  • If you couldn’t satisfy with the results after two weeks of half portion diet plan, you are ready to upgrade your diet plan.
  • Now you can shift to intermittent fasting(16/8).
  • Only you have to do is pick a fasting and eating window that works best for you and take the plunge. In here you should fast for 16 hours and you are allowed to eat two meals within 8 hours eating window. But in this eating window, you must keep your carbohydrate count under 130g for the best result.
  • Intermittent fasting would lower your weight faster than the half portion diet plan.
  • you can continue this diet for a few months to archive your goal weight.
  • remember, avoid sugar and high carb foods to get the best results. and you must drink water as much as you can. at least two to three litres per day.
  • Do workouts for 20 minutes per day at least twice a week for best results.
  • you can drink coffee, tea, green tea, and water in your fasting window(16h). drink coffee, tea and green tea without sugar.

Step 03

  • This is my third step
  • If you are getting results slower than expected, you can change your diet plan to omad plan.
  • simply omad means “one meal a day”. omad also a form of intermittent fasting.
  • In omad diet you are allowed to eat only one hour and fast for 23 hours.
  • While Omad diet you have to cut some calories from your daily calorie intake. My suggestion is only cut 500kcals per day from your meal.
  • first of all, calculate your daily calorie intake( you can google it and find your daily calorie limit easily) do not cut too many calories from it. Take at least 1000 calories per day
  • keep your carbohydrate intake lower.
  • Drink water at least 2 litres per day.
  • Avoid sugar. if you are unable to avoid sugar use an artificial sweetener instead of sugar.
  • Do workouts for 20 minutes per day at least twice a week for best results.
  • you can drink coffee, tea, green tea, and water in your fasting window(23h). drink coffee, tea and green tea without sugar.

Step 04

  • By following above three diet plans you will be able to lose your weight easily.
  • But, you can shift to Keto diet if you like. OMAD and 16/8 diets worked well. But I felt like limit carb intake will give more results
  • Keto diet is a low-carb, moderate protein and high-fat diet.
  • In here you are allowed have less than 20g of total or net carbs per day. Healthy fats and protein should include your meals more than carbs.
  • That means you can take,
  • 75% — 80% Fat
  • 25% — 20% Protein
  • 05% — 10% Carbohydrates, Per day.
  • I did a combination of Keto And Keto-OMAD(Eating keto foods withing 1 hour of omad eating window) like a month. It really worked. Now I am maintaining my weight with keto.

Dieting is now my lifestyle. Will never let my self down again! Hope this helps someone who is suffering from overweight. I know the pain because I was there once.
